3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Use charging infrastructure responsibly and safely

  • Follow operational instructions displayed at charging stations

  • Ensure vehicle compatibility before charging

  • Provide accurate billing and payment details

  • Not misuse, tamper, or damage equipment

EV COSMOS reserves the right to suspend services in case of misuse.

4. Payments & Billing

  • All charging sessions are subject to applicable tariffs.

  • Payments may be made via supported digital payment modes through our payment gateway.

  • EV COSMOS reserves the right to revise pricing without prior notice.

Invoices and transaction records are generated digitally.

5. Installation & Maintenance

Installation timelines may vary depending on site readiness, electrical infrastructure, and regulatory approvals.
Maintenance services are provided either on-site or off-site depending on agreement terms.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
